We want to support biodiversity through a collaborative project.
Together, we become stronger and are able to undertake larger projects. We dream of creating a space for biodiversity where practical utility meets the sharing of knowledge—complete with a recipe for creating such a place from start to finish.
You may not have a space of your own where you can make a difference, but together we can create sustainable change. At Fauna Funga Flora, we strive to restore and preserve biodiversity in our area, and we need your help to make this a reality.
When we moved to our farm in 2016, we were filled with the sense of being part of something greater than ourselves. The farm has been a lifeline for people and animals since 1495, and we have always felt a strong responsibility to nurture and preserve its natural resources. However, in recent times, we have witnessed a worrying change in the landscape around us.
Forests are disappearing, small watercourses are drying up, and the habitats of many species are threatened by drainage and drying out.
This is not just a local problem – it is a global crisis. With climate change, problems related to drought and habitat loss are expected only to increase.
But we are not ready to give up the fight. We believe in action and we believe in changing the world, a pool of water on the roof.
