The course gave me all the knowledge I needed to dare to put a spade in the ground and know that it could only get better. I gained the basic knowledge of how to understand my place and its basic conditions on a level I had not previously been able to do. I understood how different types of natural influences on the place could create positive or negative responses and in this way I could also choose how to plant my plants to be more successful. On courses in design and forest gardening I have also learned how to think about group plantings and how to calculate water on my place and can create conditions for my cultivation even during dry summers.
