This is an online self-study course, for anyone curious about sourdough baking who wants to learn how to create a truly excellent starter and master the art of baking sourdough bread. In addition, the course will teach you how to make the most of your sourdough starter in the kitchen.
The aim of the course is to provide you with the fundamentals of sourdough baking so you can bake delicious sourdough loaves, as well as teach you how to use sourdough in cooking and pastries. As a bonus, we also show you how to substitute sourdough for yeast in your favorite recipes.
I love making sourdough dinners. It takes a bit of time, as you have to start planning the day before, but oh, they are so incredibly delicious! They taste absolutely amazing, and my family loves them! Here, you’ll find tips and know-how for making them. I’m also sharing my favorite recipe—the one my children and grandchildren love the most.
