The bee is a master of balance, cooperation, and perseverance. In every buzz lies a reminder of how nature is interconnected—and how small actions can have a great impact.
As we learn more about bee health, we simultaneously learn something about ourselves, our environment, and the responsibility we share for the life around us.
To understand bees is to understand the interplay between flower, soil, and human. By deepening your knowledge of bee diseases, preventive measures, and the ecosystem’s delicate rhythm, you can contribute to healthy colonies and a richer natural world.
Healthy bees not only yield better harvests—they strengthen the vitality of the entire landscape.
Our bee health training programs are designed for those who want to grow, share experiences, and build a sustainable future.
Here, beekeepers and nature enthusiasts come together in a community where knowledge grows, ideas are cross-pollinated, and every participant contributes to something greater.
For the bees, for nature – and for the future.

Learning about bee health is about more than just caring for your bees—it is about understanding the interplay between nature, climate, and life.
With the right knowledge, you can detect early signs of ill health, prevent diseases, and create strong, thriving bee colonies.
Healthy bees mean not only a stronger colony—they also reduce the risk of spreading bee diseases to other beekeepers and apiaries.
When the bees are healthy, they work more efficiently, pollinate more, and produce a more abundant honey harvest.
Bee health thus yields benefits on several levels—for the bees, for nature, for the community of beekeepers, for the honey harvest, and for the future.
Together we can create more
Our courses are designed to strengthen both your practical skills and your commitment to beekeeping and health. Together we build a community where knowledge, collaboration and common values can grow – a place where you find other beekeepers working for healthy bees and a more sustainable future.
We are passionate about sustainable cultivation in harmony with nature, its ecological cycles and healthy beekeeping. Our goal is to give growers and beekeepers knowledge, inspiration and security to create strong ecosystems – where people, plants and bees interact for a sustainable future.

Learning about bee health means understanding the well-being of the entire bee colony – from the queen's role and the bees' nutritional needs to how the environment, management, and diseases affect them. This knowledge helps you build strong and resilient colonies.
The courses cover common diseases and pests that can affect bee colonies, diving deep into how these are detected, diagnosed, and treated. You will also learn about preventive measures at different levels and how to counteract the spread of infection.
We refer to Kögel's Beekeeping, which holds courses to become a "Certified Beekeeper" through the Swedish Board of Agriculture. However, we offer introductory courses in bee health as well as more advanced courses for those who are already certified beekeepers.
Our courses have different levels depending on whether you are a beginner or a more experienced beekeeper.
Absolutely. By learning to spot early signs of ill health, you can save entire colonies, reduce the spread of disease, improve honey quality, and contribute to a healthier beekeeping environment for both your own bees and those of others.
The theoretical components take place online to help you acquire the necessary skills; in some of the courses, you receive guidance on how to perform practical tasks in your own apiary to practice what you have learned.
